Having been a recognised household name for over a decade, my client’s products are found in all major retailers. Continuous growth means this market leader is bringing cutting edge innovation into a competitive market. In order to manage the increased workload they are expanding internally.

The grocery market is predicted to double in size. This is driven by rapid growth in the discount, convenience and online channels. My client seeks a Junior National Account Manager to support the channel controller with the main emerging discounters. This is an exciting time for this market leader and will only suit a challenge seeker who is driven, measured and resilient.

As a Junior National Account Manager you will not only be expected to build lasting relationships with buyers, but also have the ability to engage with all other points of contact (NPD, Supply Chain and Marketing) in order to guarantee exceptional quality and fluid momentum.

You will need to be degree educated (2:1 or higher) and have shown progression within your current company. We are looking for a motivated individual who can support this organisation in developing its existing branded products, into the discount channel. This role would suit a self-starter who is looking for a long term career. Hard workers will be rewarded handsomely with bonus, blue-chip benefits scheme and a clear progression path from day one. This role would suit a current JNAM/NAE or BDE who is looking to expand their experience in terms of P+L responsibility or retailer exposure.
