Our client is one of the world's oldest and finest alcoholic drinks merchants with an enviable heritage and backstory. A supplier to the royal family, they pride themselves on quality and integrity and are extremely highly regarded for their level of knowledge and expertise across their industry. Due to promotions internally, this international organisation are now seeking a dedicated Brand Manager to take control of a portfolio of premium spirits brands. . . an opportunity not to be missed!

Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for strategic planning with the view to deliver long-term growth for your brands. You will develop strong ties with your colleagues in the commercial team both in the UK and internationally as well as local marketing managers in order to activate your brand plans within specific global regions. Your cross-functional involvement doesn't stop there - you will also be managing the marketing relationships with local distribution companies in key cities both in the UK and abroad. Another key part of this role will involve utilising category data and consumer insight to increase the effectiveness of marketing plans. Furthermore, you will be developing appealing and exciting new products and packaging (everyone's favourite part of a brand role!) as well as taking ownership of social media strategies.

Applicants for this role require at least 2 years of brand management experience, ideally within the drinks industry or alternatively with premium food brands or the luxury sector. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will be able to demonstrate proven experience of growing brands through utilisation of consumer insight. Experience of working with international teams would be a considerable advantage. Importantly, you must be a proactive worker with an entrepreneurial spirit!
