The Role:

Sales operations defines and drives strategically important initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness. You will be working with the Commercial Director, pre-sales team, post-sales team and the UK sales team.  Your responsibility will be to develop and deliver plans, systems, processes and reviews designed to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the business. In addition, you will also own specific projects from initial scoping to delivery, again working closely with numerous cross-functional teams. You will be part of a global strategy and operations network sharing best practice and leveraging relationships and knowledge across the business.

This represents a fantastic opportunity for a driven, ambitions sales operations professional.

The Package:

Our client will create a package designed to attract the right person. It is anticipated that the basic salary will be in the area of £70,000-100,000 plus package.

The Person:

You will be an experienced sales operations professional or you will have had experience of working with both sales and operations separately at different points throughout your career. You will be an experienced man-manager and will be highly analytical. You will be an effective Project Manager and will relish working with multiple departments and functions. No particular industry sector experience is required. My client is focused on the transferable skill set that suitable candidates can bring to the role. Our client would welcome blue-chip experience while appreciating that familiarity with medium-sized companies and cultures will also be of great benefit. A strong, confident yet approachable and flexible character is required for this role.

You will need to be located within a daily commute of Welwyn Garden City as this is NOT a home-based role.
