Multiple Category Manager/Customer Marketing Manager roles

Hudson James Human Capital Group are currently partnering with some of the largest food manufacturing businesses in the UK on a number of interesting opportunities in category and customer marketing.

You will either be an established Category or Customer Marketing Manager or a Category/Customer Marketing Executive seeking a next step in to Category Management role. This business has the capacity to dramatically enhance your career.

As Category Manager you will be working with ambient and chilled food categories within the major multiples across both Branded and Own Label.  This will be a customer facing role with a key focus of increasing sales growth through strategic planning, insight in to the market and having complete customer understanding.

As part of this role you will also be:

• Managing and building on existing relationships with the customers.
• Working closely with the NPD department to ensure they have a full insight into the market; always as liaising with the commercial department.
• Developing, implementing and managing promotional plans using category insight to meet the customer’s objectives.

To be successful in the role you should have proven experience within category within the food production industry working with the top 5 retailers. You should be a highly influential person who has proven success in previous roles.
