Cosine UK is working with Philip Morris Limited, one of the world’s leading international tobacco companies, to recruit full time Area Sales Managers. Philip Morris have seven of the world’s top 15 international brands, including the world’s best-selling cigarette brand.

The Role

• Driving performance of the team to deliver objectives
• Coaching, training, motivating and inspiring your team
• Managing team retention, recruitment and results
• Establishing a dynamic team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity

Experience Required

• Proven people management experience along with sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate relationship building
• Experience in using data to drive and understand results
• Sales experience within the independent/wholesale sector an advantage but not essential
• FMCG background preferred but not essential
• Experience of working to tight deadlines and under pressure

Package Details

Salary £28k basic per annum, 20% bonus, pension, 28 days holiday(total including bank holidays), company car (manual), mobile phone and tablet.

You must hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
