Salary £18,000+ & OTE £35,000 (uncapped) & phone & car & expenses

Rand Rocket, the UK’s largest supplier of hair and beauty products into wholesale, is currently looking for a sales manager to re-launch a well-renowned tools brand onto the British market. Covering all Britain ideally you will be located in central England. A family business established over 40 years ago, Rand Rocket has built its great reputation on the quality of its staff and the excellent service provided to customers. Using your skills and experience you will build on this to maximise sales and profitability.

The Job role

Your main purpose will be to generate new sales across Britain, whilst servicing current accounts and customers.

Other Key activities:

• Prospect new clients
• Deliver year on year sales and profit growth
• Plan approaches and pitches working with internal colleagues to develop proposals
• Attend industry events

• Identify opportunities for campaigns and distribution channels to increase sales
• Strategic planning

The Candidate

Ideally you will have experience selling to hairdressing wholesalers.  Full product training will be provided.

• Skilful communicator & negotiator
• Strong account management skills
• IT literate
• Full driving licence
