The company:

My client has been providing high quality, premium Watches into the UK consumer market for over 50 years. They have a well-known, instantly recognisable brand, with strong commercial support and existing relationships within the major high street retailers. They have a number of strong plans for growth and as such there are opportunities to progress at all levels for strong candidates.

The role:

My client is looking for a Brand and Marketing Manager to join a strong existing team who will be reporting into the Sales Director. You will be working closely with both internal teams and externally with clients to maintain and enhance the brand image.

You will be involved in all aspects of branding including writing adverts, approving media for the brand, promoting the company and running marketing campaigns. You will have the experience and knowledge of working with development agencies as well as working closely with your clients marketing team. You will be have the experience of working in a fast moving, dynamic team with enthusiasm for Luxury products.

The person:

You will have strong marketing or branding background from luxury/premium products within the non-food FMCG sector. This experience will ideally be within a discipline such as; Watches, Fashion Accessories or Jewellery looking after well-developed brand names. You will have an eye for design and understand all aspects of a marketing role from designs to budgets. 

You will understand the importance of building key relationships within the industry and have the ability to work to tight deadlines.

You will be based within my clients Leicester office and will be required to attend client meetings as and when they are needed. You will have strong organisation and presentation skills and have a good understanding of Social Media. You will also have a portfolio of work behind you that shows your flare for design and marketing.
