Job Details

Le Clos Duty Manager will ensure the smooth and profitable running of the store. Manage and inspire the team to deliver the highest levels of customer service and ensure every customer receives an unrivalled personalised retail experience. You will need to have 2 years’ experience in wine retail and team management, must be self-motivated, target orientated and hold a WSET qualification.

  • Handling the whole customer purchasing life cycle from assisting with wine choices to completing transactions and deliveries.
  • Providing guidance on best practice in all aspects of the store activities.
  • Ensuring that stock replenishment and store presentation meet correct standards.
  • Ensuring that product display areas are updated.
  • Guiding staff so that customer enquiries are both diplomatically and professionally handled at all times.
  • Completing administrative tasks and running reports through computer programs such as Excel, PowerPoint Microsoft Outlook and MRMS.
  • Looking after and reporting on all aspects of the store to the Le Clos Terminal Manager and Le Clos Operations Manager
  • Ensuring that all stock movements are well managed
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Line Manager.
