An exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager has developed with a market leading manufacturer of branded and own label ethnic food products. Their extensive product range includes rice, noodles and ambient sauces. My client is a market leader within their category and they have seen extensive growth over the last decade. Following on from the businesses recent success and the growth of the World Foods category my client is now recruiting an impressive Grocery National Account Manager to join the team.
Role
As a National Account Manager you will be responsible for growing and developing the business within one of the top 4 grocery multiples, the account will be dependent upon your experience and location. Reporting into the Sales Controller, your tasks will include, accurate forecasting, managing promotional activity, managing profitability and identifying and taking advantage of the numerous opportunities that exists within each customer account. Dependent upon your success within the role and you can expect to be promoted into a more senior position within the wider group within a short time frame.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must be a driven and dynamic individual with a proven track record of successfully managing retail customers at either Executive or NAM level. Top 4 Grocery multiple experience is a must. As for product background, my client would be open to individuals from any of the food and drink categories. You will be a high achiever with a commercial mind and a proven history of increasing sales and opening new trading relationships. My client is looking for ambitious team players who are hungry to succeed and progress their careers.
