Buyer Beer, Wines and Spirits

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Beers, Wines and Spirits Buyer who can hit the ground running with this unique business who are going through a significant period of growth and diversification.

The job holder will be tasked with developing the designated range via the management of supplier relationships, cost price negotiation, developing new ranges with both pre-existing and new suppliers as well as working closely with marketing teams to execute a first rate promotional calendar.

Ideal applicants for this role will have experience in a retail, wholesale or Cash and Carry Buying environment and have experience in Beer, Wines and Spirits and it would be hugely advantageous if you have dealt with Confectionery, Tobacco and News as well. Furthermore, you will be required to demonstrate a confident communication style, outstanding negotiation skills and a can do personality.
