THE COMPANY: Established in 2002, this company is a fast growing and innovative software and consulting business focused on the FMCG sector. In that time they have established an enviable portfolio of Global FMCG clients, working with senior decision makers both in market and internationally. Their range of decision support software gives their FMCG clients a strategic advantage and enables them to build sustainable trading relationships with key retail partners. The business continues to thrive, growing their client base, evolving their existing services and developing new solutions, delivering double digit sales growth year on year.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: In this exciting new business development role, working closely with the founders and the senior management team you will build a pipeline of senior FMCG contacts and generate interest in their products and services. You will quickly get up to speed and use your FMCG experience and knowledge to confidently communicate with Sales Directors, Finance Directors and other senior contacts. With your maturity and presence you will then network with your prospects to board level, nurture these relationships and with the support of the founders present face to face, close sales and create valuable new business wins.

ABOUT YOU: Having spent 10 years+ working within the FMCG sector you have a breadth of commercial experience and you are now looking for a fresh challenge, an opportunity to work more flexibly and to be rewarded for your efforts. You are comfortable communicating complex pricing, trade terms and revenue management solutions to board level and you enjoy delivering long term, complex business wins. You want to work within a high calibre team and in a professional environment which values integrity, accountability and its people. You are known for your confidence, influencing skills and creative problem solving. You have the tenacity, patience and commitment to develop long term relationships with potential clients.
