This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and progressive marketing professional to join a highly successful food manufacturing business and play a significant part in developing the strategy of the business going forward.   Supplying a high quality range of brand and own label products to the major multiples, they have succeeded on building extremely good working relations with their customers through a leading reputation of innovative development and technical integrity.

As a result of continued expansion, they are now looking for a Marketing Controller to lead the group marketing function and assume responsibility for the development and delivery of the marketing strategy. As a key member of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying insights and category growth drivers and will be responsible for proactively driving the marketing department in order to deliver specific category initiatives within agreed timescale and within budget.

Giving directional insights on trends, category issues and innovations to the Board Directors, you’ll be an entrepreneurial category and consumer insight specialist, with excellent leadership and influencing skills gained in a similar strategic role within the food sector.
