We’re looking for exceptional Account Managers who have already proven their ability within an FMCG business, who are intelligent, results driven, ambitious and positive.

You’ll be working for a major FMCG Food organisation with inspirational people and iconic brands, a strong team environment and strong business objectives.

You will:

  • Manage and develop the relationship with key grocery customers.
  • Develop Joint Business Plans with your customers to deliver corporate objectives.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Category - close distribution gaps, deliver NPD.
  • Drive accuracy and delivery of monthly sales forecasts.
  • Have full P&L management.
  • Present at a senior level.

You must have:

  • A degree or equivalent.
  • P&L and JBP responsibility.
  • Excellent Communication, Planning, Organisation and Time Management.
  • Experience managing major UK Convenience or Grocery customers in FMCG.
  • Strong critical thinking and judgement
  • Category exposure.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and business development skills.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.

You must be an experienced and dynamic sales professional with a proven career profile, coupled with the ambition and desire to progress your career.
