Customer Marketing Manager
Top-tier FMCG business based in Surrey is looking to bring an experienced Customer Marketing Manager on board to manage a growing team of 3. Ideal candidate will be classically FMCG trained, have a broad exposure to trade/shopper/customer marketing with a strong mix of strategy and execution.
Major functions of the job will include:
*Define, design and deliver optimal category Shopper Activation plans for 3 core categories
*Own the in-store activation and aid conceptual sell in for key retailers
*Drive shopper insights across the business and into key customers
*Be proactive in driving innovation and getting more out of our agencies and suppliers
*Line management of the Junior Trade Marketing Manager and Creative Services team
Requirements in order to qualify include:
*Seven to ten years trade/customer/shopper marketing experience within top-tier FMCG
*Strong commercial acumen, ability to negotiate and sell
*Line management experience - training and developing a team
*Innovative and analytical mindset
