Category Manager

Our client is a world famous FMCG company recognised for their dynamic marketing strategy and forward-thinking innovation. A dominant market-share leader, our client enjoys a strong presence in all key and emerging markets around the world with internationally recognised brand names. They are seeking a commercially focussed high flying Category Manager to work across 5 international brands and define their UK category strategy and build the relationship with two top four grocery account.

Key responsibilities will include leading category range reviews, working closely with the National Account Manager to deliver insightful and timely category information to the relevant contacts within customer base. The successful candidate will currently be in a Category Manager or Category Executive position within the FMCG sector. You will have experience of working with a top 4 UK grocery retailer and excellent presentation skills as well as analysing and interpreting agency data. Being a team player and having strong interpersonal and leadership skills will also be key attributes to make you successful within this role.
