Job Details

With over 100 years’ experience, our client is a highly respected and established premium food and drink company. A commitment to a continued and ambitious programme of growth and expansion within the Grocery Multiple Sector has created a need to recruit this business critical position.

This National Account Manager position will be tasked to manage the development of sector strategy with Grocery Multiple accounts- Tesco and JSainsbury.

Reporting directly to the Business Unit Controller responsible for Grocery Multiples, you will be tasked to:

  • Manage your portfolio of accounts, meeting sales budgets and targets within agreed promotional spend
  • Maximise sales of existing brands via joint business plans and promotional calendars
  • Communicate customer issues and opportunities effectively throughout the business
  • Drive distribution of all brands and ensure their maximum visibility.

Interested individuals must demonstrate a strong track-record in sales within the Grocery Multiple Channel, ideally with recognised FMCG organisations. You will need to be positive, dynamic and have a pro-active approach to all commercial challenges. The successful candidate will be expected to both deliver and drive the agenda in the Grocery Multiple Channel. Developed IT Skills, including Word, Excel and Power Point are a pre-requisite.
