Trade Marketing Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing drinks business with a strong heritage and exciting development plans. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Customer Marketing Manager to join their ever-growing team and to maximise sales and brand equity.

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing annual channel strategies, including promotional and in-store activation plans. Taking a category approach, you will translate brand and company objectives into commercialised activity to grow the brands and their profitable sales. This role involves a high degree of direct customer contact as well as internal communication in terms of maintaining the sales team's understanding of brand guidelines and plans. You will be leading the development and renewal of POP (point of purchase) materials and so a deep understanding of each customer's specific needs is required.

Candidates for this role must possess prior experience of working for a branded food or dinks business within a marketing or category insights role. You will be self-motivated and of graduate-calibre with the ability to work well cross-functionally. You will be able to demonstrate successful project-management experience and with excellent communication skills, you will be used to presenting both internally and externally.
