Senior National Account Manager – Luxury Beauty Products

Based: South

Basic Salary Circa: £60,000 + 20% Bonus + Fully Expensed Quality Car + 25 Days Holiday + Private Healthcare + Pension Scheme + Life Assurance

Are you passionate about Health & Beauty and looking for a new challenge? If so, my client is a key player within the Health & Beauty industry who are world renowned for their portfolio of International brands with a leading reputation for their innovative products.  Their products are sold mainly by an extensive network across more than 130 countries that is growing year on year. Due to this growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior National Account Manager to head up a number of strategically important Retail accounts in the luxury Beauty industry.

The Role:

  • Reporting into the Sales Director, you will take full responsibility for the prestigious portfolio of customers, managing the P&L for a number of Major Retail accounts and working closely with marketing to produce a commercial account growth strategy.
  • Your time will be spent developing and driving retail sales growth, measuring performance of the group accounts and individual stores at retail level.
  • Pivotal to this role is the ability to build strong relationships with your accounts and to change customer’s behaviors, with a combination of persuasiveness and commerciality to drive the business forward.
  • You will be responsible for managing budgets and employ innovative sales and marketing solutions to deliver value and ensure the P&L is continually improved.

The Requirements:

  • A demonstrable track record of sales success within a premium / luxury account role would be highly regarded.
  • Ideally you will be; confident, a natural leader, proactive with excellent commercial awareness.
  • The ability to use strong leadership skills to engage and inspire others to improve performance across their areas would be hugely advantageous.
  • Experience investing in coaching and mentoring teams and taking a practical, hands-on approach to developing others is essential.
  • Enthusiasm and determination combined with a pragmatic approach to your work are essential traits for this person.
  • Time management and strong organisational qualities are essential as you will work remotely a lot of the time.
