Business Development Managers

Our client in an impressive, market leading European manufacturer of a premium range of high-end food and beverage vending equipment and solutions.

They are well respected throughout the UK and Europe as an ethical and forward thinking business offering highly developed and innovative products and propositions to their clients.

Selling direct to major, corporate and national account end users within Business & Industry, Financial Services and related sectors, they deliver high quality products as well as genuine benefits to both employees and employers.

They now seek to further expand their established operation by recruiting two Business Development Managers.

The roles will involve growing the company’s market share in workplace vending by new business acquisition within the commercial, financial and manufacturing sectors with key and corporate account customers.

This includes qualification and conversion of business opportunities through all lead sources including internal telesales, marketing and CRM as well as self generated leads from networking, prospecting and referrals.

The successful candidates:

 Professional presented, smart and articulate.
 Experienced new business ‘winners’.
 Structured ‘business to business’ sales background.
 Self motivated, dynamic and resourceful.
 IT literate and experienced with CRM.
 Able to work from home, unsupervised and to own initiative.

The company offer a great remuneration package including competitive basic salary, open ended commission scheme, car or car allowance and benefits package.
