Client Development Controller
Our client is a leading field marketing company who work across the FMCG industry. They have a broad portfolio of blue-chip multi-national organisations and over 900 full-time field personnel and retail execution teams who enable them to effectively reach unparalleled market and channel coverage. They are looking to recruit a Client Development Controller to cover a 12 month maternity contract.
Managing a leading account for the business, you will be responsible for the client management of an extremely well established household name. As well as leading a team of 3 regional sales managers with second line management for a team of 30, you will be fully responsible for the client facing aspect of this fast passed role and must have the ability to manage both clients and your team effectively. This is an analytical role so you will need to analyse and interpret market data and effectively advise the client on strategy and direction and successfully roll this out through your team.
This is an incredible opportunity to make a big impact on a high profile account and develop your management and strategic skills. Using your innovative ideas and past experience in client facing roles will help this client improve their market position and also help your team grow and succeed
To be successful in this role you will come from a health and beauty background with exposure and/or management of grocery multi's. You will be an experienced people manager with a proven ability to develop strategic ideas and communicate these through multiple channels.
This a challenging role for a sharp, solution focused, analytical thinker who can develop their team of sales managers while effectively managing a strategically important client relationship.
