This is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to this market leading lifestyle technology businesses long-term strategy. With significant investment in NPD to consistently exceed the expectation of the most demanding consumer, they have ambitious plans for further growth. As such the business is currently looking to appoint talented individuals to enhance their sales and marketing teams.

We are looking for that rare combination in an individual where technical skills intersect customer interaction. This position is an integral part of the pre-sales and business development process and is directly responsible for technical support activities throughout sales, deployment and client life cycle for our Docking products. You will be responsible for solving complex integration support problems, answering detailed product queries, attending pre-sales meetings and providing a detailed product compatibility reviews, product uses and potential limitations for all prospects. You’ll have the opportunity to effectively manage communications between customers, prospects and internal resource to ensure the successful utilization and deployment of the product and upgraded technology throughout the client lifecycle. Experience in docking solutions would be a distinct advantage.

Ultimately, we`re looking for well trained, well structured, ambitious technical pre-sales professionals who are able to not only demonstrate strong and effective commercial and technical judgement but also have a passion for customer interaction.
