Retail Business Development Executives

Retail BDE – Dumfries & M74 Corridor

Salary: circa £20k + bonus + company car + phone + tablet

At REACH we have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Business Development Executive.

The role will be working with our client Unilever. Unilever is the world’s 3rd largest consumer goods company and has over 400 brands including Walls, Ben and Jerry’s, Dove, Lynx, Hellmann’s, Flora and Persil.

Your role will be to maximise core and new product distribution, drive on shelf availability, implement shelf layout to recommended planograms from a category perspective, drive promotional compliance and gain incremental displays.

As a Retail BDE, you will be working across the Convenience channel from independents to multiple format stores.

The right candidates will be bright, articulate and ready to exceed sales targets and client objectives. You will take charge of accelerating our performance in terms of brand awareness, category management and display execution to enhance turnover and increase market share. Employed by REACH, you will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships and educating in-store staff on new and exciting products.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic and forward thinking business. You must also hold a full driving licence.
