With an outstanding reputation in the FMCG market, my client seeks enthusiastic Graduate’s to join their Account Management team. This organisation is a respected leader in the confectionery market, with several products being recognised household brands. To facilitate 5 years of growth plans with New Products & Co-branding, the company are expanding their junior sales force to develop future leaders to manage this growing portfolio.

Through structured training, you will be given a commercial set of skills and valuable insight into blue-chip processes and superior culture. With the support of senior account managers, your FMCG business knowledge and sale techniques will be developed at a rapid rate.

Over three to five years you can expect to spend time working on several different assignments in a broad range of business activities, each offering real management responsibility and a number of potential career paths.

Requirements:

  • A strong record of academic achievement with a 2.1 at degree level
  • Clear progression or proven track record of success from a non-academic background
  • Aspiration to achieve managerial levels
  • Excellent levels of communication; Strong relationship builder and ability to influence
  • An enthusiastic team player, who wants to go the extra mile within the sales arena
  • Clean Driving Licence.
