The Role: Your customer development manager role will be to manage a portfolio of Care Home accounts, dealing at all levels from kitchen staff and patients through to home managers and directors. Organised and structured customer development managers will benefit from the career prospects that this rapidly growing organisation can provide.

They now seek an additional Customer Development Manager in the West Midlands as they expand their team.

For this Customer Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Field sales experience
  • You will have excellent account management skills
  • Any food or nutrition background is useful
  • You will have an open and consultative sales style with the ability to talk at all levels
