WHAT YOU WILL DO: They have a strong Grocery business however they have identified significant opportunities for growth within the Discounters, High Street and Convenience Channel. Reporting to the Director of Sales, as one of four Channel Managers, you will manage a team of two National Account Managers and take strategic responsibility for growing sales and profits within the Discounter’s Channel. This sector already has sales of £60 million and has the potential for a further 40% growth as you devise and implement winning joint business plans and provide direction and support to your NAMs.

ABOUT YOU: You are looking for an opportunity to take on more responsibility, build on your people management experience and progress your career. You are currently a Senior National Account Manager or Account Controller in a leading FMCG business and have experience of developing profitable sales with leading customers including the Discounters. You get things done and like working with down to earth and results driven people - in this environment you will be able to achieve results and progress your career.
