Commercial Procurement Manager

We are currently working with a progressive fresh produce grower and supplier, who deal predominantly with the major retailers. They are currently looking for a Commercial Procurement Manager to help support their procurement function, but mainly to secure the commercial processes involved in the supply chain.

The Role:-

• Managing the supply chain and various freight forwarders, ensuring the process is cost effective and time efficient
• Procuring some products from overseas and providing key support to the procurement manager
• Managing one report, ensuring they are doing the role to the best of their ability

The Candidate:-

• Will have previous procurement and supply chain management experience
• Fluent Spanish is essential
• Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of the affects of various problems and how best to solve them
• Good organisational and planning skills will be essential
