BACKGROUND
The Advantage Group UK are leaders in providing Performance Measurement and Benchmarking programmes throughout the UK.

We work with leading FMCG suppliers and their major retail customers at a senior level and our annual programmes have become the industry standard for measuring business relationships, providing clients with valuable insights and helping them build successful business relationships.

We now wish to expand our Senior team to help drive the continued development of our business.

THE ROLE OVERVIEW
In this role you will be responsible for developing new business by identifying commercial opportunities in existing and new channels/industries.

Equally important will be managing existing client relationships through the delivery of our current annual programmes in the Major Multiples, Wholesale, Convenience, Foodservice and On Trade channels. This will include preparing, analysing and presenting results in order to ensure clients gain practical insights into their performance.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
With significant Commercial/Sales or Insights/Marketing experience, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the FMCG grocery and retail channels, together with a sound understanding of market
research concepts.

It is important to have considerable client facing experience, demonstrating success in recruiting new clients, understanding clients’ needs and establishing and managing client relationships.
