Head of Marketing - Convenience/Prepared Foods

Our client has a passion for quality, branded food with great taste. They are extremely profitable, continuing to grow year on year as well as being home to one of the UK’s favourite brands! Due to growth plans, they are looking for a Head of Marketing to join their collaborative culture and help drive their growth strategy.

As Head of Marketing you will be responsible for the day to day marketing activities of the organisation as well as long term marketing strategy for the company. The role is varied, broad and busy, managing all marketing for the company and coordinating marketing campaigns sales activities. Other responsibilities include NPD delivery, overall brand management & corporate identity and the analysis of market trends & target markets in order to communicate the voice of the brand effectively.  

They are looking for someone who has a progressive history within brand strategy in a consumer goods environment. You will have experience of launching NPD and have strong project management skills with an eye for developing robust, cohesive strategies. You must have strong, branded and multiples retailer experience as well as Category management knowledge. A passion for delicious food would also serve as an advantage!

Salary - £60k-£70k + company car + 25% bonus + extensive benefits
