THE ROLE
At a new phase of growth and significant development, we are now looking for a head of Field Force for the South. This is newly created position to manage 4 regionally based teams in the southern UK territory.
The Head of Regional Field Force will be responsible for organising people to deliver growth of market share, sell out performance and marketing and training compliance across a range of retail formats.
From development of sales and marketing toolkits, to management of regional field marketing agencies, the essence of this role is to manage people and performance in the retail sales and marketing environment.
THE PERSON
The head of Field Force will have a track record in people management and development, ideally from a senior field sales, Account Management or field marketing background..
Knowledge and expertise of selling & the retail environment is essential, either from an FMCG, consumer goods, technology or fashion background, understanding the shopper journey.
Man management of large teams is an essential skill for this position.
Ultimately your communication skills will be impeccable, with the ability to engage at all levels and to influence senior management stakeholders in Head Office as well as junior store employees.
