Job Details

National Account Manager. Excellent opportunity to work for leading global manufacturer of home massage, relaxation, and wellness products. Responsibility for a portfolio of leading national retail and online accounts. £40,000 - £45,000 + 25% bonus + car allowance/company car + pension + private healthcare. South East Based.

With a growing product portfolio, spanning multiple categories they continue to grow and have a strong presence across the High Street, Grocery, Department Store and Online channels. As a result of this continued success, a superb opportunity exists for a National Account Manager to join their dynamic team.

 

 

THE ROLE 

 

The role of the National Account Manager will be responsible for the P&L for a significant portfolio of national accounts. The successful candidate will need to plan and deliver robust joint business plans to deliver sales against sales and revenue targets. Forecasting is also key; with the National Account Manager also accountable for promotional planning, ranging, display and Point Of Sale.

Role is a mix of home and office based – candidates will need to be prepared to be in the office 1-2 days per week in Kent.

 

 

THE PERSON 

 

To be considered you must have:

  • Current sales experience, managing national retail or online accounts in a branded non food category such as; Consumer Electronics, Health and Wellness, Gifting, Housewares, Toys & Games etc.
  • Current experience managing national accounts within either the High Street, Grocery, Department Store or Online retail channel.
  • Experience working across multiple categories, selling multiple products – ideally with exposure to buyer and senior buyer level negotiations.
  • Graduate or Graduate calibre
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • The passion and enthusiasm to succeed with a developing, aspirational brand.
