The role
The role of Sales Operations Manager is a hybrid role and will work closely with the New Business Development Director (EMEA) to project manage all New Product Development and ensure its successful entry into all sales channels across relevant countries. 
The role will have multiple liaisons within the organisation, working closely with the following functions: Sales, NPD, Finance and Analytical teams to coordinate the launch of new products into various markets and countries worldwide. This individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate and realistic timescales are agreed and then adhered to without overstretching the businesses ability to deliver and prevent knock any knock on effects that could lead to poor delivery or lack of quality. This can from time to time also mean managing upwards internally when you may be required to have the confidence and conviction to push back based on your findings.
Training and Development:
You will spend your first two months in the company shadowing the Vice President of New Business. Who better to learn from than the Vice President of the company?
 Travel:
The role will involve some travel possibly twice a year to the U.S and maybe once a month to other European, Middle Eastern and African countries.
Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for coordinating the entire launch process which includes understanding cost of packaging in different countries and timescales to launch date.
• You will be responsible for analysing data and understanding which routes to market are likely to return the highest yield for a particular product range.
• You will also be required to provide realistic expectations in relation to timescales. The business has a tendency to work extremely fast paced and can occasionally over stretch themselves.
• You will monitor commercial investment and financial viability of all launches.
• You will also be required to push back internally to senior level BDM’s and VP's from time to time.
