Exciting Foodservice Marketing Opportunity for 2014

THE COMPANY:

We are one of the market leaders in the UK for Dairy products to both the Foodservice and Retail sectors.

As a British owned company we are proud of our heritage, the support we provide to our farmers and suppliers and ultimately the quality of our product range.

We currently have strong brand presence for cheeses, milk, butter, milk powder and proteins, and have demonstrated significant growth over recent years.

We have a high street presence via all of the major retailers, but also have a significant reputation within the foodservice sector.

We work closely with major foodservice wholesalers and end users to ensure our product ranges is represented across both profit and cost sector.

As a result, our products can be found within many pub, restaurant, hotel, education, healthcare and leisure establishments.

We are seeking to build on this success through the addition of a Senior Foodservice National Accounts Manager to our successful sales team.

THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will be responsible for all front line marketing activity of our products within the foodservice sector.

This will include creating and implementing promotional and point of sale activity and creating incentives to for both end users and our wholesale partners.

It is also likely to include working with external industry publications to ensure our brands are present as much as possible.

You will also be expected to work closely with the sales team to gain market feedback on the products and to work together to implement the most effective marketing strategies for both the brand and the target client base.

This is an autonomous role where you will be provided with a marketing budget and be able to implement your own ideas to the company.

THE APPLICANT.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional within brand marketing.

• Candidates must have marketing experience, preferably with a leading high street or foodservice brand.
• Experience within the foodservice sector is desirable although not essential.
• Candidates must be able to work autonomously but also enjoy working as part of a team.
• Candidates must be creative and able to develop their own marketing strategies and ideas as opposed to purely working in marketing implementation.
• Experience creating and developing promotional and point of sale initiatives will also prove beneficial.
