Looking to kick-start your career in marketing with a vibrant and growing brand? If you're a bit of a foodie at heart and have experience of working in FMCG marketing (or perhaps field sales with a marketing head on!) then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Our client is a small but mighty start-up business with an innovative product and an enviable brand. Their founder set about developing a Ready-To-Drink product which he successfully launched in three different flavours last year. Sales of his great-tasting, antioxidant filled drinks have grown at a phenomenal pace and the brand is already listed in some of the UK's most premium drinks retailers; Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and Waitrose to name but a few. With consumer interest in functional, good-for-you beverages booming, we reckon these guys are on to something big!

The team are now looking to bring on an Assistant Brand Manager to support the Marketing Manager. This role will be instrumental in maintaining and increasing their sales activity by driving brand awareness and maximising growth opportunities moving forward. They are looking for a passionate and pro-active individual to help drive their profile through events, sampling and partnerships as well as developing relationships with, and providing marketing support to, key retailers.

The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre with prior experience of working for a food or drink brand in a marketing or sales capacity. Candidates with excellent marketing experience across other areas of FMCG may also be considered. Personality and team fit is vital for this small but growing business, so you must be able to clearly demonstrate confidence, passion and drive as well as a strong work ethic. An energetic and positive attitude is key alongside a GSOH! This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, entrepreneurial and expanding business, in a role which will provide a huge amount of commercial exposure.
